- Consultations are completed by e-mail And will include thorough review of the required BRIEF MEDICAL HISTORY.
- You will be requested to complete a detailed medical history for the client for this e-mail review with comments provided in writing on the prognosis for success with homeopathic care based on the issues of concern in the program of interest.
