Banerji Protocol For Ingrown Toenails
- Belladonna 30C, 2 pills given as 1 dose every 3 hours (while awake) for any severe pain and bright redness of the toe the first day or two.
- Then dose the Belladonna 30C only 2 to 3 times per day after that until the pain fully resolves.
- Hepar Sulph 30C 2 pills given as 1 dose, dosed every 6 hours (while awake) for the first day.
- Next dose Hepar Sulph 2 pills given as 1 dose every 12 hours once things began to calm down in terms of pain or redness around the ingrown toenail.
- This order contains vials (80 pills per vial – Boiron) of Belladonna and Hepar Sulphur to have enough for at least 1 month of dosing
- Continue this dosing for about a week or more or until the symptoms are fully resolved.
- Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
