- Arsenicum Album 200C
- Phosphoric Acid 200C
- Kali Phos 200C
- Picric Acid 30C
- Nat Phos 6X

Dosing – 1st month
- One of the main reasons behind the CFS is low
level of sodium or the imbalance of the Sodium to Potassium balance. To enhance the intake of both ADD:
Natrum Mur 6X cell salts and Kali Phos 6X cell salts as 2 pills of each at the same time taken 3 times daily for the entire dosing cycle. - Kali Phos 200C taken as 2 pills per dose and dosed in the morning.
- Arsenicum Album 200C taken as 2 pills per dose and dosed as night.
- Picric Acid 30C used for mental fatigue taken is 2 pills per dose and once daily.
Dosing – 2nd month
- Continue the Natrum Mur 6X cell salts and Kali Phos 6X cell salts as 2 pills of each at the same time taken 3 times daily for the entire dosing cycle.
- Phosphoric Acid 200C now replaces the Arsenicum Album 200C taken as 2 pills per dose and dosed as night.
- Picric Acid 30C used for mental fatigue taken is 2 pills per dose and dosed once daily.
- Continue dosing until symptoms are fully resolved.

- Repeat the dosing again if bed wetting starts to occur again after being resolved.
