• Bryonia 200C taken as two pills per dose and dosed 3  times per day.
• Arnica 200C taken as two pills per dose and dosed 3 times per day.
• Ruta 200C taken as two pills per dose and dosed 3 times per day.
• The above doses can be taken at the same time or separated by 15 minutes.
• Magnesium Phosphoricum 30C taken as two pills per dose and dosed 3  times per day.
• Kali Phosphoricum  30C taken as two pills per dose and dosed 3  times per day
• Hypericum CM taken as two pills per dose and dose as needed for pain.
• The above doses can be taken at the same time or separated by 15 minutes.
• This  order contains 3 vials (250  pills per vial) of Bryonia,  Arnica, Ruta, Magnesium Phosphoricum and Kali Phosphoricum
• and 1 vial of Hypericum CM to have enough for 3 months of dosing.
• Continue dosing for at least 3 months or until symptoms improve significantly.
• Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
