Description
Poly Insomnia 5 Combo 30C (2 dram)
This combination is for the homeopathic support of mild to severe insomnia, including the inability to fall asleep, the inability to stay asleep, and the inability to go back to sleep after waking.
Dosing: Take 2 pills one hour before bed for reducing the symptoms of insomnia. Dissolve pills under the tongue. Keep all doses at least 15 minutes before or after food, drink or teeth brushing.
Use this protocol at least 30 days or until symptoms are resolved. When/if the insomnia symptoms recur again, resume the dosing.
