This protocol is for the the partial or complete separation of the rectus abdominis, a pair of muscles that run vertically down the front of your abdomen.

Opening Dose: This dose is for chronic conditions where other homeopathic remedies have already been given. Before all Banerji Protocols for anyone over the age of 1 year you open with Camphora 200 (1 vial is included with your purchase).   Just one (1) dose is given of 2 pills dissolved under the tongue.

Do Not Antidote: Keep the Camphora dose a minimum of 30 minutes before after any food, drink or teeth brushing. You must wait at least 24 hours before beginning any other dosing.

Banerji Protocol For Diastasis Recti (3 months)

  • Symphytum 200C dosed as 2 pills twice daily.
  • Ruta Graveolens 30C dosed as 2 pills twice daily.
  • Calc Fluor 12X dosed as 2 pills twice daily.
  • Separate the doses of each by at least 15 minutes
  • There are 2 vials (280 pills per vial) of Symphytum and Ruta and Calc Fluor to have enough for at least 3 months of dosing.
  • Continue the dosing  for at least 3 months or until the issue is fully resolved.
  • Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
