- Arnica Montana 1M taken as two pills per dose and dose six times per day.
- Phosphorus 200C taken as two pills per dose and dosed six times per day.
- The doses can be taken at the same time or separated by 15 minutes.
- This order contains 5 vial (250 pills per vial) of Arnica Montana 1M and Phosphorus 200C to have enough for 3 months of dosing.
- Continue dosing for at least 3 months or until symptoms improve significantly.
- Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
